"Please note that user no need to verify his account via email 1 more time even though the setting  [Verify Email At Signup] is turned on."

So it means when we enable registration through SMS , the user's email remains unverified ? Right ? Kindly clarify.

Hi Naresh,

We would like to note that all the accounts created before subscription packages were created are able to log in to your site as normal. It means that they can log in to your site without purchasing any subscription package.

However, they (the old users) are able to upgrade to a subscription package if their user group is different from the user group that will be assigned for them when they successfully purchased the package.

Best regards,

Hi metro,

We guess this issue related to cache, when installing an app from admin cp, phpFox site need to send your license key and license id information to phpFox's store to validate your license, but for some reasons, this information was not available in cache and did not send to phpFox's store properly.

So to fix the cache issue, please try to clear your cache and install the app again, at that time you can install the app correctly.

However, we would like to note that we try to reproduce this issue from our end and fix it. Could you please provide us some more information? for example, the steps to get this issue so we can reproduce it.

Regarding the relationship between YouNetCo and phpFox: First and foremost, phpFox and YouNetCo belong to a more prominent family named "YouNet Group"; however, we have separate companies, resources, and tools. We do not work with YouNetCo on any of our product development and customizations; yet, we have an agreement with them to be an expert (or third-party) to phpFox.
All the policies applied to third-party addons listed in our store apply to YouNetCo as well. Therefore, if there are any issues with your addons, we require you to initially check and confirm with your third-party provider that their addons are updated and work well with our platform (to the latest version).

Looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,

Maybe I misunderstand how it works.  Let me ask you this if I have my site set to "friends only" are their posts posted with a public icon in a friends-only community?

If your site is a friends-only community, when posting an new item we could not see the Everyone item on the privacy list . So there are no public icons on Friend only community.

Thank you for the reply Rich! I appreciate it.

For anyone else who encounters the same problem that I did:
Apparently it didn't work for me because I use a custom theme. So when the CSS for the video app was moved out of the default theme and placed into the app itself, my custom theme still contained the old (conflicting CSS). So, just check your theme for any conflicting CSS if yours is custom. Otherwise, rebuilding the core theme and clearing the cache should work. :grinning:
