phpFox Legacy V3
OMG I have to bump this again. Please think before you post!!! If you ever find something you think is a risk or exploit or security issue, put it in a ticket to our sales department so our core developers can look at it or put it in a private bug report.

i dont have any app i have this version
Core Version:
3.9.0(build 1)
and i change the File size limit in megabytes. in video and user but is not working
and in this area the Max file size: 8M never change
/index.php?do=/video/add/
Sorry, this is my mistake, I thought you are using php v4+.
For phpFox v3, you can find this user group setting "File size limit in megabytes." at AdminCP -> Users -> Manage User Groups -> Select the user group you want to change the setting -> Manage User Settings -> Video module.

I just ran into this exact same problem. I am a super admin and the darn thing keeps redirecting me to the subscription page.
We don't use subscriptions!! I started using the API recently. Maybe there is a bug once api usage begins??
It may be rare, but clearly a problem somewhere.
Looks like I have to try an upgrade.

When I unzip, I found it corrupt... Have a look.. Please upload here if possible. Thanks
I just downloaded it again and it is perfectly fine. I have looked and all of the files are in it with no issues. Perhaps there is an issue with your net some other thing causing it not to download for you.

v3.9 has been end of life for months. It is not supported here. It is supported at ScriptTechs through support there if needed.
For add ons, each developer has their own terms for what they support. I still support my scripttechs add ons I made. You would need to check with each dev.

The best thing to do is look at existing code in existing modules. Perhaps check in the User module and see how things are coded. I am not sure how else to answer as your request is not something I have needed to do before so it's not something I've taught myself how to do.
Note that most of us (meaning third party devs as I make apps and have also got v3 add ons) have learned by looking through the code and using the various tutorials available. Perhaps you can look through the code to learn what you want to do as well.
Otherwise, when a core developer is online, perhaps they can assist if they have time. Right now, our v4.4 is taking a priority.
