Hi Naresh,

We would like to note that all the accounts created before subscription packages were created are able to log in to your site as normal. It means that they can log in to your site without purchasing any subscription package.

However, they (the old users) are able to upgrade to a subscription package if their user group is different from the user group that will be assigned for them when they successfully purchased the package.

Best regards,

You shoulda waited for version 5. This version is crippleware. The feed on web is "NOT TRUE INFINITE FEED" . Garbage.

I heard ver 5 is coming soon but man as always, why do I feel like it won't change anything? been here since v3 and never went live for AGES. I am 45 now damn when I was on I was a young man.

Goes to show how successful this crippleware is.

Yeah we are on our own. Expect nothing but forking out more and more $$$.

Shoulda saved that money for another platform. As me and the gang in here, we already wen beyond thousands. Too late to quit now.

True. I have invested so much money in this platform and also so many years. Now I realise that I couldl have easily developed my own site with a good framework like laravel. Its almost impossible to find a good phpfox developer , and when you find they will ask for a bomb to customise. YOUNET is the worse , they asked for $1700 when I asked them for an Indian payment gateway ... lolzzzzz...... feeling trapped.....

Turned out it was a server issue with an upgrade. They initially denied it was due to a server upgrade. Not saying this was intentional as they have never intentionally misled me. I was able to determine it based on a full code compare across multiple backups.

OK, ladies and gents. I never heard a reply but needed to get this fixed as going through the App stores for an App really is not an option for my own network due to limits in their usage policies. If you would like others to be able to save your personalized favicon on their mobile device and not need to go through an App store PM me and I will be happy to help. $99. I will provide all files back to you with full instrucitons on how to load on your own server. I will provide a nice little video you can provide to your users to show them how to include the icon on their mobile device with just 2 clicks, which is easier than a real App store download.  I will not ask for any of your personal details such as server access or even access to your network. It should be noted this is not an App it is merely a nice looking icon, so that when people save it to their mobile device it allows them easy one click access with a nice App type visual icon.

Killing the site for even a short period of time could have a significant financial impact on my income.

If it was me...I would go to the source which in this case would be phpfox.  It may cost you, but hopefully, it would be a lot less than what you would lose if attempting to do it by yourself and then have to hire them to fix any issues later.

Sorry, have no experience with amazon stuff so you know way more than I do.  Have you entered Amazon info where your domain is registered with?  If that is where your DNS stuff is being done...or maybe you're doing it through your server.
