Question to the developers of phpfox. Dear, when will the problem of sending messages from a mobile app to the website’s web browser and vice versa be solved (Without installing NodeJS but only using Google Firebase)? Or it will not be available to customers with a PRO + license.
Yes, I completely agree with you. I recall Donna and other developers who raised phpfox - they always made concessions and helped me. Now, unfortunately, a different policy. But let's not be sad. You also with the upcoming New Year holidays and all the best to you and your family
Dear friends. If anyone knows, describe the steps for setting up a server on debian for Instant Messaging. The documentation http://docs.phpfox.com/display/FOX4MAN/Server+Setup+for+IM+Module cannot be understood, since it is not intended for the debian platform. I turned to phpfox developers, but they refused to help me for free.
Understood installing IM with Google Firebase. On a web browser Instant messaging app works well. When you add Google Firebase data for the Instant Messaging mobile app, it refuses to work. After correspondence with the FOX developers, it turned out that it should be so for the PRO + license. You can get the Instant Messaging app to work in the mobile version only after setting up NodeJS. I installed nodejs and redis-server on my server - but there is no documentation on setting up the Instant Messaging app for the Debian distribution on the developers site. FOX refuses to help for free, they even refused to supplement the documentation on setting up the Instant Messaging app for other distributions. In short, they drove me to a standstill ...

I understand your frustration. Their support is garbage. Every time they charge to fix their bug. Pay for support for their issues & bad documentation. I am speaking truth here for the rest of you cowards who can't come out and say it. I'm fed up with this horrible 2x autoload feed LOAD MORE sh*t and not being able to use addons or the site slows down to a trashy 2000000 ms. What is their advice? Don't USE ADDONS AT ALLLLLLLLL!. The ones you paid nearly 1000 for don't use at all. Have a good holiday. Don't bother. Move on like I did. I am with a new script. Waiting for updates here but it will never happen. The core is Addon Garbage and you can't use what you paid for.
