I'm in urgent help! I put my site offline now I can't get back in. I did a database restore and still the site is offline so I'm thinking it's a config file somewhere. Please point me in the right direction.

Hello,

You need to use phpmyadmin or a similar db manager tool, then open phpfox_sys_sett table and on site_shutdown column change the val to 0 then it should work.

Also, make sure yo clean your browser cache as it might still be showing it offline even if is online lol.

So
I turned my site offline with a blank page, now I can't get on to the admin panel either. when I put in mysite.com/admincp it comes up as a blank page. How do I get back in to turn it back on? I've tried the suggestion here but can't find offline or shutdown anywhere in the sql and the link above isn't working.

Did you go to yoursite.com/user/login ? that is if you have short urls enabled.
