refresh pages to get iframes and include pages to show

hello,
for some reason i have to add some include files pages to my site because the the phpfox 3.3 wont allow me to add some code in the pages and in the blocks.
but i am having some trouble because i always have to refresh the page so these can show.
for example i have an include file that shows an iframe of a page but whenu go to the page it wont show until you refresh it what is causing this.

Watch firebug or developer console for errors while the page is loading. Also, is sitewide ajax enabled?

i am looking at firebug and i only see one error:

may be if i can do an auto 1 time refresh then it would work correctly..
do you know how to do a 1 time page refresh...
or will this work better if i make this a plugin and then add them to the blocks...

Try to disable sitewide ajax as it can be a total pain.
