Shoutbox not updating

I opened 1 brower (FF), and logged in with an account. On another browser (Chrome), I logged in with another account. On both browsers, I attempt to use the shoutbox. As one account posts, it gets added to the shoutbox, yet in the other browser, as the other user, I dont see the shoutbox getting updated. As I use the other account, I see the comments getting added as I make them, but when looking at the other browser, I do not see the other user's shout box comments. Please advise.

Have you installed any new mods or templates lately? -- YES, the bootstrap theme
Does debug show any errors (Please be sure debug is at level 3)? (if yes, post errors) -- NO
What version of phpFox do you have? -- Latest stable. 3.7
What browser are you using? -- FF and Chrome
Have you checked to see if there are errors with firebug? -- NO errors
Have you searched the forums by Post for your issue? -- NO posts found
Have you checked the Knowledgebase for an answer? -- No answers found
Have you checked the bug tracker for your issue? -- NO bug found
Have you cleared your cache? -- YES

Please let us know if this issue was happening before you to install the bootstrap theme.
