Problem to change username

also make sure the user group settings allow for that user group to change their username.

I have the correct settings but still can not rename user profiles. Please if you can give me other indications that may be the problem

You made sure to save it after changing it? Perhaps try with default, unedited theme?

the changes were saved correctly after editing.
But I still have problem to change profile name

Now to login to register a user tells me that the name is not available for all who enter name I get the same and will not let me register

Are you sure you mean username and not displayname/fullname?

if username to show example
Users full name: Rocio Sanabria
Username: Roci (will not let me change the name displayed by default as profile19)

Does debug show any errors (Please be sure debug is at level 3)? (if yes, post errors)
What version of phpFox do you have?
What browser are you using?
Have you checked to see if there are errors with firebug?

Have you checked the bug tracker for your issue?
Have you cleared your cache?
Please always put code or debug in code tags and remove sensitive site info as it does get into google.
Have you checked with the browser developer console (f12 in most browsers) and clicked the Network tab once that is open, to see if there are errors showing?

Set to True if you want to Profiles Users by your User ID #. I lay down if you do not have profiles connected users by name User
