Gifting activity points

is there a notification setting somewhere for a member to be notified when someone gifts them activity points?? such as an email or something "Bob has just gifted you 100 activity points"

Moved to cusomizing PHPFox. Please check before posting as this has been asked a lot before and there may be a thread with an answer of how to make a plugin for this I think, not sure if there is but there could be.

sorry, I did search on "notify , notification, activity, and activity points" but didnt see anything that mentioned it. If you happen to come across the plugin, please let me know
