Help video module PHPfox3

Hi, I wrote to support channel, but i didn't receive an answer. I was trying upload a youtube video in the video module, but when I paste the link and do it click Add, appears a blank page with this link domain_name/index.php?do=/video/add/url/ and does nothing. That's worried me because my enterprise bought two licenses of phpfox and that module was working right and and suddenly stopped working. I was checking others phpfox websites and I could see that those websites visited had the same problem. I registered one user inhttp://www.facepopular.net/ and tried to upload a video in the same way of my social network, and when I pasted the link and do it click Add, appears a blank page with this link domain_name/index.php?do=/video/add/url/ and does nothing. How I said, I bought two instances of phpfox( 1.http://redconvivencia.vivedigitalnariño.com, 2.http://redsocial.pastovivedigital.gov.co). Both instances have this problem, and external instances have too. I'm watching for the purchase of two instance more, but this is a bug that limited my needs. I want to know if Phpfox is having trouble with this module. Because some weeks ago , it was working fine. Thanks for your help.
