Scroll bar not working (on demo atleast)

Hello :)

I think this has been posted already but I'm not sure,

the scroll bar is not working,

its stuck at the bottom of the menu,

I'm going to be moving to Phpfox from Ning, and I want the scroll bar to be working haha

its not actually a scroll bar

its some slider of sorts

tad confusing

Needs to be fixed as if you add to the menu it goes below the bottom page line.
