We are aware of a technical malfunction with the ticket system sending suspension notices and invoices to clients. Please note that we are working to fix this issue with our new client area and ticket system. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause those of you that get the notices of invoices due. If you have paid licenses, you do not owe anything. Your accounts are not in any danger.

This has been resolved.
The problem came from incorrect billing cycle setting for imported licenses in the new system, and we did fix it ~ our technical dude aka core developer
