Infinite loading

By clean install of 3.9 legacy I had the following problem,

when I tried to add someone in friend is loading infinitely, it's working but the popup didn't disapear until you dont close it.

How I can resolve this problem,

Try disabling add ons, try default theme, check with debug, disable sitewide ajax.

It is hard to troubleshoot as you did not include all of the details requested in the Posting Guidelines thread we have stickied in this category.
