When a user is banned by an admin, his email adress and IP it should be added automatically to the ban filters.

Also in the IP details page add a button to ban that ip.

I've requested this a few times in the past.. Phpfox just passes it off to 3rd parties.

This would be really good and helpful spaninet :) , we as Site Admins have to come up with new ways to lower the number of spammers

Also I want to suggest to deactivate the caching of the administration interface because when, for example, add a banned ip it only appears the first time and you have to clear cache in order to see the list updated.
