Photo Thumbnail For 200px

In the version of 4.5.x when I upload image file, it will also create "_200_square" which I usually use for thumbnail when creating additonal blocks. However, after upgrading to 4.6.1, I only can have "_120_square". How can I add 200px size to have that size of thumbnail?

That size is still avaliable when uploading profile photo.

By default it creates the following sizes:

<file_name>_120.jpg
<file_name>_120_square.jpg
<file_name>_200.jpg
<file_name>_200_square.jpg
<file_name>_50.jpg
_50_square.jpg
<file_name>.jpg

Is this default setting or you add your own setting?
