Turn off the thumbnail bar

How do you turn off the thumbnail bar? example: if someone goes to the photos page and clicks on a photo, then a thumbnail bar comes up at ther bottom of the screen. How do you tunr that off?

where do I find the CSS? I added it to the theme CCS and it didn't work.

I got it to work now. I had to put that in the //Blocks section in the CSS. Thank you for your help!
