When you are looking at blog articles in a timeline, the entire blog article (even if it is 15000 lines of text) is loaded into a div with overflow hidden with ellipses. This has got to be a joke and whoever coded this has some explaining to do.

The correct way is get the record, and trim it with PHP and add the ellipses before you output 15000 lines of text into a timeline. This way you don't bloat the html output and make the page take forever to load.

I don't know where else to look, but it needs a complete re-write wherever this method is being used.

Very disappointing to see stuff like this.
