You can try at AdminCP >> Members >> User Group Settings >> Can browse users using the public browse section? Is it right with your need?
Regarding the image on the landing page, you can upload a picture of your map at AdminCP >> Appearance >> Themes >> Edit >> Home Page

No sir, but thank you for replying. You see, just like the admin can browse users depending on user groups suscription plans, i also need my users from certain "users groups" browse another users by suscription plans filter.
