Updated 4.7.6 crashed my website, it is acting like it is a new install, anyway to FIX this or do I start over.

Hi Steve,
I believe that all config files in PF.Base/file/settings folder have been removed by mistake when uploading new source files on your server. I would like to propose the following steps to resolve this problem:
- Restore all files of the folder PF.Base/file/settings folder (from your backup)
- Upgrading phpFox site again on your browser at URL yourdomain.com?phpfox-upgrade=true

I updated this script many times and this time it wiped out source files, that is terrible.
I have no backup. luckily this is only a test site.
