Have contacted FOXEXPERT several times in recent weeks but they do not respond to inquiries!

- Members who purchase a document do not have the opportunity to download the document after payment.
- Payment is registered on paypal, but on "My Orders" the document still stands as "Pending payment".

- Orders are not displayed in the order statistics, 0 orders are displayed here.

Please explain how the payment system works.

Since you are the second person that I know of that is having issues with FoxExpert, I would open a ticket with phpfox to make sure everything is working on their side first.

Nothing is wrong with phpfox, here is the app that has a bug I guess..
