Can someone please help figure out why inspite of having a custom theme with my own favicon uploaded, I keep seeing the default phpfox theme favicon everywhere?

Please change the favicon for your site to fix this issue. phpFox allow to change it at: admincp > Appearance > Themes > Edit your current theme > Logo > then upload the new Favicon.
After that, please make sure that you rebuild the core theme to make it effective.
