You are not allowed to view this basic information.

I am getting this error while testing viewing profiles. 

I have two profiles on my site. They are not friends. I had one profile set to allow only friends to view the profile and only the community to view the info tab. When the other profile I have tried to view that profile, it showed that the profile was private and would not allow the viewing of either tab.

I changed the settings to allow anyone to view the tabs but now I get this message: You are not allowed to view this basic information.

I've tried refreshing, clearing cache, and unsure why I get this. 

Any ideas?

Side note: I can view the profile of others that have it set to "anyone"...
