This forum friend request has been acting goofy for the last few months. Please fix it.
After you send a friend request (which doesn't go) it says this.
"Unable to send a friend request to this user at this moment."
Sometimes they have to send me a friend request after I tell them I am unable to send them one...very annoying that I have to ask.

I did re-check and see that the setting "Can add friends?" for registered user is toggling on, I guess the reason why you could not send a friend request to another users was due to that group of users don't allow stranger to add them as friend.

Ok, now I feel stupid. I see the settings now. But, I blame it on my age, because I don't remember ever seeing those settings and I have been here forever :)
