I have tried contacting you for 2 weeks.

Your website will not let me register for support nor does your contact form work.

You created a Death Day field for us BUT since 3 months no one can register because our registration form REQUIRES the death date now BUT the death date is not even on the signup form (and we dont want it there)

Also, you were supposed to change our birthdate dropdown to 1700-2022 (vs default 1900-2017) this is not done.

Please let me know how to resolve this before we have to reinstall everything fresh (losing the money we paid you in work) and find someone else that can be there for us.

Hello Joey,

As I mentioned in our emails, after we finished the work it was working when logged in and since we did not hear anything back from you,  we thought everything was working great. 

 But we got it resolved and its working now..

Sorry for the late response, As I mentioned in my email, i had a horrible last couple months dealing with covid in my household. 

and then also taking care of another family member that is sick.

But everything is good now.
