Events App: Different dates on Main feed, Event index and Event view

Hello friends!

I was adding some events to my site and noticed the following:

(For reference my local time is: GMT-5 and i think...phpfox default time zone is GMT) PHPfox version 4.8.9

When i add an event after 7pm, the date displayed is "the next day" , so it causes a lot of confusion.

I did the same test on PHPfox demo:  first went to account settings, changed from GMT to GMT-5 , to work with my time zone, and the results were the same.

You can see the attached image with the dates comparison.

I tried to change and test on Admin>Time Zone, but without success.  Has anybody faced this issue or maybe have an advice?
