2. Is it named MetaFox ? So no more phpFox ?
3. What is the expected date of launch ?

=> Please be advised that MetaFox (v5) is a new product line.
=> For customers who hold phpFox v4 license, you can convert your phpFox V4 license to the equivalent MetaFox license without extra charged fee after official release of MetaFox
- phpFox V4 Pro to MetaFox Pro
- phpFox V4 Ultimate to MetaFox Ultimate
Please note that the conversion requires an active Product Upgrade period. If the Product Upgrade period of your phpFox V4 license has ended, you will need to pay fee to renew it first. The renewal fee is 20% of the current v4 license's price.
2. Is it named MetaFox ? So no more phpFox ?
=> phpFox is the company name and phpFox (v4), MetaFox (v5) are product lines under phpFox. The new product line (v5) is named MetaFox.
3. What is the expected date of launch?
=> The official release of MetaFox is expected to launch at the end of this year (Dec 2022)

What I have learned is that I will be able to upgrade to MetaFox 5.0 without paying any extra amount. Is it correct ?

Have you paid any money to phpfox in the last 10 months or so for:
It will be listed when you log into your client login on the phpfox site under your domain license and then you click on Addons. If not...then you are not going to get to upgrade your phpfox v4. This whole issue of us getting upgrades for free was not by accident as individuals who owned V3 got V4 and since there was a big stink at the time when YouNet purchased the company, we were lucky to be grandfather in on the free updates by the new owners. Anyone who expects to receive more free updates are just dreamers and a little selfish to be honest with you since they do have bills and people to pay.

=> When you purchased phpFox license, we offer you free 12 months of software updates. Kindly note that Free-12month software updates include phpFox version updates, which we offer you free within a year, after then if you are going to receive new updates for your site, you will need to pay an additional payment which costs 20% of your current License price to continue receiving updates for another year.

=> Yes, it's correct. However, the conversion requires an active product upgrade period which is explained in point 1 above. If you have not paid for updates in the last 12 months, you need to renew it first. After the official release of MetaFox, you can request us to convert your v4 license to an equivalent MetaFox at no additional charge.

Have you paid any money to phpfox in the last 10 months or so on the domain your talking about for:
If not then yes you will have to pay for it...but there is no advantage to buying it before it is released as I did so I would wait.
If you did pay for the upgrade option in the last 10 months then you have 2 more months to upgrade left, so when it comes out in December then you can upgrade. If it comes out in January then the Annual Upgrade may have expired. I showed you where to look above with the image. If you don't see that in your account then you don't have it and you will have to upgrade. But again....wait.
Frankly telling you mate, I will never spend money to upgrade :). If its free I will update else I am ok without it :).

Sorry, but you will have to pay. But, don't worry it will take a while before the obvious bugs are fixed. Sorry PhpFox, but it is true as you don't invite real-world users to test it before the release...remember V4.
One thing I did notice in your snapshot, is whether you did click on the download to see if the addons tab pop-ups.
